Please schedule both your pickup and return times at least 72 hours in advance for a smooth and easy process.
Delivery
Schedule a time 72 hours in advance for delivery to your location. Minimum of $100 of total order must be met for delivery and can deliver within 10 miles for a fee. Fee will be 10% of total order.
Unless otherwise stated in writing or noted in your rental contract, all setup and breakdown are the responsibility of the renter. Setup services are available for most items for an additional fee; please contact us for a personalized quote. Unless specified in the contract, all equipment should be neatly broken down and ready for pickup.
Cancellations or Reschedule
Cancellations made more than one week before your delivery or will-call date are fully refundable. Cancellations made within one week of the rental date are not eligible for a deposit refund.
Upon Delivery and/or Will Call
Rental of our equipment constitutes acceptance of full responsibility for its safekeeping. Items must be safeguarded against theft and weather-related damage at all times. Replacement costs will be charged for any equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged.
Rentals are provided for a 48-hour period. Additional time may result in extra fees. The rental duration starts at the moment of pickup or delivery and ends once the items are returned or collected as scheduled.
Return items clean.
Please review and confirm the item count upon pickup or delivery. If anything is missing or incorrect, notify us right away so we can make it right. Clients are responsible for any missing items, misuse, neglect, or theft. Linens should be shaken free of debris before return. If an item breaks, please keep a piece of it so we can verify it was damaged rather than lost.
